What is your No-Risk Money Back Guarantee?

Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery date provided it is in saleable condition and is in the original carton. All return freight costs are the sole responsibility of the consumer. No returns are allowed without prior authorization.

Is every item in stock?

We maintain consistent inventory levels of all products. If you are interested in a product that is out of stock, please call us. If your order is time sensitive we suggest calling us to ensure a product is in stock.

Is shipping FREE to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and other US territories?

NO. Free shipping ONLY applies to the continental United States (48 states).

How long will it take to receive my order?

In-stock items are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. Orders with standard shipping are generally shipped out within 1-2 business days. If an item is not in stock we will contact you with the expected delivery date. Special orders may take approximately 8-12 weeks.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE in the continental United States and is included in the sales price. Unless otherwise noted or on special orders, contact us for shipping rates.

How will my order be delivered?

Small orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground. Large orders (over 100 lbs) will be shipped by a national LTL freight carrier such as R&L Carriers. When your merchandise arrives, it MUST be inspected by you BEFORE signing the receipt of the shipment. Any loss or damage must be noted on the delivery receipt for insurance claim purposes. When you sign for the shipment, your signature is verification that your merchandise has been received in good condition.

What if my item(s) arrives damaged?
If there is damage or shortage on your order, refuse acceptance until transportation agent endorses extent of damage or shortage. Inspect the shipment for any hidden damage BEFORE the freight carrier leaves. The customer should file a claim immediately with the carrier and be prepared for inspection.
